We have planted 532 trees. It is our family tradition to plant trees. With my background of simple life, we promote further biodiversity in rural and urban areas. With one hectare of third-generation family orchards and two hectares of fallow land that we are bringing back to life with organic herbs, edible wild plants and wild flowers that are essential to our ecosystem. Our meadow orchards contain 532 trees – 439 fruit and 32 nut trees: plum, pear, apple, quince, cherry, fig, hazelnut and walnut trees. The trees are between 10, 20 and 70 years old.

Wir haben 532 Bäume gepflanzt. Es ist unsere Familientradition, Bäume zu pflanzen. Mit meinem Hintergrund des einfachen Lebens fördern wir die Artenvielfalt in ländlichen Gebieten. Mit einem Hektar Streuobstwiesen in dritter Generation und zwei Hektar Brachland, die wir mit Bio-Kräutern, essbaren Wildpflanzen und Wildblumen, die für unser Ökosystem unerlässlich sind, wieder zum Leben erwecken. Unsere Streuobstwiesen umfassen 532 Bäume - 439 Obst- und 32 Nussbäume: Pflaumen-, Birnen-, Apfel-, Quitten-, Kirsch-, Feigen-, Haselnuss- und Walnussbäume. With simple life. #1, we promote biodiversity with our orchards. Orchards connect the future, the present and the past. We often take over fruit trees from previous generations, which they planted before us, and leave them to the next generation. Orchards are a real treasure of biodiversity. The preservation and protection of old orchards and the maintenance of new plants is an important part of nature conservation in many places. They offer living space, food in abundance and, due to their extensive use, are relevant for rare animal species. Our areas are farmed extensively, which means they are not fertilized, and mowed once or twice a year.
With simple life. Nr. 1 fördern wir die Artenvielfalt durch unsere Obstgärten. Obstgärten verbinden die Zukunft, die Gegenwart und die Vergangenheit. Oft übernehmen wir Obstbäume von früheren Generationen, die sie vor uns gepflanzt haben, und überlassen sie der nächsten Generation. Streuobstwiesen sind ein wahrer Schatz der Artenvielfalt. Die Erhaltung und der Schutz alter Streuobstwiesen und die Pflege von Neupflanzungen ist vielerorts ein wichtiger Bestandteil des Naturschutzes. Sie bieten Lebensraum, Nahrung in Hülle und Fülle und sind durch ihre extensive Nutzung auch für seltene Tierarten von Bedeutung. Unsere Flächen werden extensiv bewirtschaftet, das heißt, sie werden nicht gedüngt und ein- bis zweimal im Jahr gemäht.

Our simple life. #2, promotes biodiversity with organic herbs. Originally, in the fourth generation, our fields were used to grow wheat for baking bread, with corn, maize, clovers and vegetables for self-sufficiency. All around there are also many edible wild plants such as the stinging nettle, meadow sorrel and dandelion.

The fields are resting for a few years and are currently not being cultivated, but we are in the process of bringing them back to life and planting various organic herbs for tea. We will also use the edible wild plants in our teas. We will involve you in the process. As it is a small production, there will be a limited edition. The packaging will be designed with a new art label every year.
Unsere simple life. #2 fördert die Artenvielfalt mit Bio-Kräutern. Ursprünglich, in der vierten Generation, wurden auf den Feldern Weizen zum Brotbacken, Mais, Klee und Gemüse zur Selbstversorgung angebaut. Rundherum gibt es auch viele essbare Wildpflanzen wie Brennnessel, Wiesen-Sauerampfer und Löwenzahn.

Die Felder ruhen seit ein paar Jahren und werden derzeit nicht bewirtschaftet, aber wir sind dabei, sie wieder zum Leben zu erwecken und verschiedene Bio-Kräuter für Tee anzupflanzen. Wir werden auch die essbaren Wildpflanzen in unseren Tees verwenden. Wir werden Euch in den Prozess miteinbeziehen. Da es sich um eine kleine Produktion handelt, wird es eine begrenzte Auflage geben. Die Verpackung wird jedes Jahr mit einem neuen Kunstetikett gestaltet.

With simple life. #3, we promote biodiversity with wildflower meadows. Around our orchards are the wildflower meadows. Wildflower meadows are important for bees, and other insects. Without wild and honey bees there would be no fruit, no vegetables and no flowers, which are essential for the ecosystem. Bees help pollinate wild and cultivated plants. Orchards are a paradise for bees and other insects. Bees have enough food all year round our orchards. In spring, the fruit trees are the first food of the year. Then the flowers of the flower meadow follow, which offer a rich supply of different pollen and nectar until autumn. In autumn, when the last meadow flowers have faded, the bees feed on the fruits of the trees.

Mit simple life. #3 fördern wir die Artenvielfalt mit WildBlumenwiesen. Um unsere Obstgärten herum befinden sich die WildBlumenwiesen. WildBlumenwiesen sind wichtig für Bienen und andere Insekten. Ohne Wild- und Honigbienen gäbe es kein Obst, kein Gemüse und keine Blumen, die für das Ökosystem unerlässlich sind. Bienen helfen bei der Bestäubung von Wild- und Kulturpflanzen. Obstgärten sind ein Paradies für Bienen und andere Insekten. In unseren Obstgärten finden Bienen das ganze Jahr über genügend Nahrung. Im Frühjahr sind die Obstbäume die erste Nahrung des Jahres. Dann folgen die Blüten der Blumenwiese, die bis zum Herbst ein reiches Angebot an verschiedenen Pollen und Nektar bieten. Im Herbst, wenn die letzten Wiesenblumen verblüht sind, ernähren sich die Bienen von den Früchten der Bäume.
